The Electoral Commission (EC) has released the list of polling stations for the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections.
The Commission has announced that it will use 40,975 polling stations to conduct the December 7, 2024 polls.
This is contained in a press release dated October 10 and signed by Deputy Chairman, Samuel Tettey.
“The Electoral Commission hereby publishes the list of all Polling Stations and Special Voting Centres for the 2024 General Election. The total number of Polling Stations is 40,975,” a portion of the terse statement reads.
“The breakdown is as follows: Main Polling Stations – 40,647, Special Voting Centers – 328,” it added.
