Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the Vice Presidential Candidate for the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), has made a passionate appeal to residents in the Ashanti Region to make December 7 a day to remember by voting overwhelmingly for the party.

Speaking during his campaign tour in Adansi Asokwa in the Ashanti Region, Dr. Prempeh emphasized that the NPP’s unwavering commitment to developing the region makes them the ideal choice.

Adansi Asokwa remains a stronghold of the NPP. Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh as part of his campaign tour visited the constituency, where he engaged the people and key stakeholders.

Together with some party stalwarts, he canvassed support for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

“The people of Adansi Asokwa, like all Ghanaians, deserve leadership that creates opportunities, sustains development, and secures a prosperous future. That is why they are committed to vote for Dr. Bawumia as President and Hon. K.T. Hammond – the vintage K.T. Hammond to continue his dedicated service to the constituency, ” NAPO said.

He urged various groups, including traders, farmers, and other professionals, to prioritize voting on election day, stressing the need to vote for the governing party. Dr. Prempeh confidently asserted that the NPP is the only party capable and willing to drive accelerated development in the region.

Hon. Kennedy Agyepong added that voting for Dr. Bawumia and the NPP will ensure continued progress and growth for the Ashanti Region.

He said the NPP is the only political party that can transform the country.
